With 35 years of experience in the banking industry, Barbara Rucker has established a significant career. She graduated from West Virginia State University with a degree in Finance and has always resided in Charleston, West Virginia. Barbara's banking career began as a part-time teller during her college years, and she has since held various positions, including roles in New Accounts, Loan Operations, Branch Management, and her most cherished position as a Mortgage Loan Specialist.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Barbara is the President of the Board of Directors for the Alliance for Sustainable Families and serves as Secretary for the Home Builders Association of Greater Charleston. Her previous involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and the RCCR. Barbara is passionate about community service, particularly in promoting Financial Literacy through these organizations.
