Alexandria, VA – Burke & Herbert Bank announced that this year’s annual meeting of the shareholders of the Bank will be held by tele-conference on March 26, 2020 at 4:00 pm. While this meeting is typically held in person, it is in the best interest of the shareholders and the Bank to make this change in light of the coronavirus outbreak and social distancing requirements.
Shareholders were sent a letter providing the telephone number and associated instructions for participating in the meeting. The meeting will include introductory remarks from the Bank’s Chairman of the Board, E. Hunt Burke, and a report on the condition of the Bank presented by the Bank’s President & Chief Executive Officer, David P. Boyle. As always, shareholders will be provided an opportunity to ask questions.
