New Ashburn Office Serves as Base of Operations for Commercial Bankers
Alexandria, VA – Burke & Herbert Bank announced today that it has opened a new office in Ashburn, Virginia to serve as the base of operations for the Bank’s commercial bankers serving businesses throughout the Loudoun County region. The Bank’s Ashburn office is located at 20098 Ashbrook Place, Suite 185.
The Bank’s new presence in Loudoun County represents a continuation of a commercial-banking focused market expansion plan that was launched earlier this year. In June, the Bank opened a market headquarters facility in Fredericksburg, Virginia and in August added a branch there as well. The locations in Fredericksburg and now Ashburn, represent the Bank’s first locations outside of northern Virginia where the Bank has operated for the past 169 years.

The Bank’s new Ashburn office will be home to Commercial Relationship Managers Marc Erazo and Brandon Whitacre. Both Mr. Erazo and Mr. Whitacre are seasoned commercial bankers with experience serving a wide array of businesses including medical and dental practices, government contractors, not-for-profits and other professional services companies. They also bring significant experience working with businesses throughout the Loudoun County region to their expanded roles as co-leaders of the Bank’s expansion in this market. Mr. Erazo, who has been with Burke & Herbert Bank since 2017, is moving from the Bank’s Alexandria headquarters to the new Ashburn location. Mr. Whitacre joined the Bank earlier this year with an initial focus on assisting in the development of a new medical/dental lending program for the Bank. He has now started working with businesses in the Loudoun County market.
In addition to serving commercial clients out of the Ashburn facility, the Bank’s new office also will serve as a convenient location for customer meetings with a mortgage loan officer, wealth advisor, or private banking officer from the Bank.
